All Food Services

  1. Inspired Food and Wellness staff will contact the meal recipient to set up delivery day and time. Once the day and time for the delivery are set, Inspired Food and Wellness considers the day and time confirmed. We agree to make one delivery attempt as part of our delivery service. If no one is available to accept the delivery and/or a cooler of sufficient size and with sufficient ice for safe cooling practices is not left in a conspicuous or previously arranged spot, the client may either pay a $25 re-delivery charge or the delivery is considered cancelled without refund. 
    1. Inspired Food and Wellness will not make a second delivery free of charge. There are no pick up options for the meals. We are only able to travel with the meals on ice for two hours and therefore we can not guarantee safe food handling conditions beyond that time frame. The food will be considered spoiled and will be discarded.
    2.  There are no exceptions made to these terms. We must maintain our safe food handling conditions. 
  2. Inspired Food and Wellness follows all Food Safety regulations. We are not responsible for expired foods after the delivery. All of your meals will be labeled with a menu item number as well as a “packaged on” date. Please use both common sense and the date on the container to determine spoilage. 
  3. Please contact us with any comments, concerns or feedback. 
  4. All sales are final. There are no refunds or meal exchanges. If Inspired Food and Wellness staff makes a menu or service error, the staff will correct that error by replacing the menu item or discussing reasonable compensation.
